Returns And Refund Policy
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality, however the customer can choose a refund or exchange if a product has a major problem. This is when the product is used for its intended purpose in accordance with all instructions and: (a) has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, (b) is unsafe; and (c) is significantly different from any sample or description provided.
In the case of a faulty product, please email email@example.com to initiate arrangements for a remedy as swiftly as possible. In order to assist in the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment. You may be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist in our assessment of the product[s].
If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method, as appropriate. If the product is found not to have a defect, deemed out of warranty, or you otherwise do not have a remedy for failure to comply with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will contact you to determine whether you want us to dispose of the product or return the product to you at your expense.
It does not constitute as a defect, if in our reasonable opinion a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
Amos Industries is not required to provide a refund or replacement if the customer changes their mind, however may provide remedies in addition to the above at their discretion.
To ensure these returns are assessed and processed swiftly, where appropriate: (a) keep proof of purchases such as payment confirmation or receipt, (b) the product must be unused and in a saleable condition; and (c) the product must be in its original packaging. Upon receiving and/or inspecting your return, we will contact you as soon as possible to refund the price of the product to your original payment method, or exchange the product, where appropriate and subject to availability.
We will not refund any delivery fees that you have paid at purchase[s] to have to product sent to you, or the cost of any packaging you provide to send the product[s] back to us.
Nothing in our Terms is intended to exclude any of your statutory rights as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law.
